Grapes composition: 100% Sangiovese
Wine-making: grapes are selected and naturally sundried, then de-stemmed and fermented under controlled temperature with selected yeasts, with a long maceration on the lees, in vitrified concrete vats. The wine is aged in 500l barrels for 12 months, then reassembled before undergoing a long bottle ageing.
Colour: very dark ruby red .
Bouquet: intense and thick, recalling black truffle, morello cherry, cooked plum and withered rose
Taste: dry, warm, velvety, well-balanced
Serve at room temperature
