Grapes composition: 100% Sangiovese
Wine-making: Destemming – Fermentation in wood barrels with injection of selected yeasts. Maceration on the skins until fermentation is over and for further 8/10 days thereafter – Punching over every 8 hours
Colour: ruby red .
Bouquet: very complex on the nose. Hints of red wild berries and cherry are prominent at first, blended with notes of violet and aromatic herbs, among which wild mint stands out. Later on, spicy notes of coffee and cocoa gradually appear
Taste: a wine with great smoothness, elegance and length, all features resulting from a perfect balance among tannins, salinity and acidity
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
